The Manufacturing Lead performs minor troubleshooting and resource allocation for assembly and operations. The regular working hours of this position are Monday-Thursday 6PM-6AM.New Hires will be eligible for a Sign on Bonus of up to $1,000.The RoleAssists in mogul set up to include, but not limited to proper mold board, nozzle plate, piston bar and other required set up activities; as specified in the Mogul manualMonitors and maintains uniformity of the product being deposited into starch traysEnsures against starch buildup on mold boardVisually inspects the mold board impression for good appearanceEnsures continuous proper board weight for each candy production run; documentation of board weight confirmationMust respond quickly to minor malfunctions that occur with the Mogul and notify the Mechanic on duty of any problemsRespond to minor breakdowns and jams of equipment as requiredOther duties assignedThe CandidateHigh school diploma GED required6+ months of manufacturing experience required6+ months of supervisory experience requiredAbility to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
