Position Overview:

Seeking an experienced Internal Recruiter to join the Human Resources team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in recruiting sales and marketing personnel, preferably within the solar or construction industry. This individual will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring exceptional talent to support our sales and marketing efforts, ensuring that we maintain a high-performing team to drive our business forward.

Job Responsibilities:

Talent Sourcing and Acquisition:

  • various sourcing techniques to identify and attract top sales and marketing talent, including job boards, social media, networking events, and industry connections
  • and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates to meet current and future staffing needs
  • thorough screening and assessment of candidates to ensure alignment with job requirements and cultural fit

Recruitment Process Management:

  • end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting and candidate sourcing to offer negotiation and onboarding
  • interviews and assessments, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the process
  • closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies

Employer Branding and Candidate Engagement

  • and implement employer branding initiatives to attract top talent and enhance the companys reputation as an employer of choice in the solar industry
  • regular communication with candidates to keep them engaged and informed throughout the recruitment process
  • industry events and participate in networking activities to build relationships with potential candidates and industry partners

Data Analysis and Reporting

  • recruitment metrics and KPIs to evaluate the effectiveness of recruitment strategies and identify areas for improvement
  • regular reports and updates for management on recruitment activities, candidate pipelines, and hiring trends

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in recruitment, with a focus on sales and marketing roles (Required).
  • Previous experience recruiting within the solar industry or construction industry is highly preferred.
  • Proven ability to effectively source and attract qualified candidates through various channels.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and internal stakeholders.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in recruitment software and applicant tracking systems.
  • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
