The Role:

As the Plant Manager, you'll be at the helm of our operations, driving efficiency and excellence across every aspect of our plant's activities. Your role will encompass the orchestration of production, scheduling, maintenance, sourcing of raw materials, ensuring top-notch quality, and safeguarding the well-being of our workforce and the environment. You'll be pivotal in steering us towards achieving and surpassing our production targets while ensuring that our customers receive top-quality products right on time. Moreover, you'll play a crucial part in securing and upholding all operational permits to meet city, state, and federal regulations. In this role you will:

Manage the daily manufacturing operations of the Moulton plant through prioritizing and coordinating workflow to ensure the production plan is executed to meet or exceed Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Value goals.
Create a safety-first culture by maintaining a safe work environment & driving EHS improvements.
Maintain all conformities for environmental and other 3rd party compliance regulations and requirements.
Develop and ensure all current manufacturing process standard work is implemented and followed.
Drive efficiencies and improvement activities that add value to our customers while delivering margin expansion at gross profit (material cost out, labor efficiency, and expenses).
Develop operational plans to meet KPIs that align with corporate tactical and strategic plans.
Collaborate with purchasing/procurement function to meet/exceed business plans within defined cost management, quality, working capital (inventory reduction/turn improvement), and delivery objectives (OTD).
Coach, mentor, and develop operations team members in both leadership and technical capabilities.
Foster an understanding of collaboration and cross-functional teamwork at various levels, both internally and externally, to resolve issues among Customer Services/Technical Managers, Sales, Engineering, SI&OP personnel, and various other Resco team members.

We Require:

Bachelors degree in Engineering, Business, or related technical field.
Proven leadership experience in a manufacturing environment.
Strong background in implementing lean or theory of constraint manufacturing principles.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Demonstrated ability to manage and develop a team.
Commitment to continuous improvement and operational excellence.
Demonstratable understanding of Safety Program concepts and principles.
High attention to detail.
Creative, but systematic problem solver.
Demonstrated leadership with plant growth that required new/upgraded equipment, brownfield or greenfield experience, human capital required for growth, organizational planning for new capacity with full SI&OP considerations.
