This individual will define the architectural foundation for AI initiatives, leveraging advanced analytics, automation, and contextual intelligence to address organizational priorities such as project performance monitoring, risk identification, and process optimization. Position Summary The AI Solutions Architect is responsible for designing, developing, and implementing AI?driven solutions that enhance business insights, automate processes, and empower our workforce across the organization. This role requires deep expertise in artificial intelligence, data analytics, and system integration, paired with a collaborative approach and a passion for innovation. The role reports to senior leadership and establishes the organizations AI strategy, frameworks, and best practices, working closely with field teams, vendors, and internal data and IT groups. Primary Duties & Responsibilities Define and establish AI standards, frameworks, and architectures to ensure consistency, scalability, and adaptability. Design, develop, and deploy AI?driven tools and systems such as predictive analytics, intelligent automation workflows, and contextual AI assistants. Integrate AI solutions with existing business systems, leveraging APIs and data pipelines. Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate organizational challenges into AI?powered solutions aligned with strategic goals. Oversee implementation of third?party AI tools and vendor integrations. Monitor and optimize the performance, accuracy, and reliability of AI models and systems. Conduct technical reviews, identify opportunities to refine algorithms, improve data quality, or enhance system efficiency. Troubleshoot and resolve AI?related issues such as model drift or integration failures. Partner with cross?functional teams to align AI solutions with operational and strategic objectives. Provide technical leadership and guidance to internal teams, fostering a culture of AI adoption. Document AI architectures, workflows, and deployment processes to enable knowledge sharing and scalability. Stay abreast of advancements in AI technologies and propose improvements to strategies, development processes, and integrations. Leadership Attributes Innovative proactively seeks creative solutions. Technical Attributes Proficient in AI?relevant programming languages and frameworks such as Python, R, TensorFlow/PyTorch. Experience in web development and delivering production applications. Strong experience with data engineering and analytics tools (SQL, Pandas, Apache Spark). Proficient with MS SQL, including stored procedures and performance tuning. Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, Google Cloud) and AI?specific services. Familiarity with version control (Git) and MLOps practices. Understanding of Agile and Scrum. Knowledge of Azure AI Foundry, Copilot Studio, Microsoft Agent Framework. Understanding of agentic design patterns. Additional Requirements Education & Experience Bachelors degree in computer science, software engineering, or related field. 58 years of experience in full?stack web development or a similar role with architectural framework implementation. Proven track record of delivering high?quality software solutions on time and within budget. Licensure/Certification Relevant certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Azure Developer or Microsoft SQL certifications are a plus. Environmental/Working Conditions Onsite at Dallas office with occasional travel. Remote work 12 days a week. Ability to handle high?pressure situations and deadlines. Physical Requirements Frequent sitting and use of computer equipment for extended periods. Occasional lifting of items weighing up to 15 pounds. Regular communication with team members and stakeholders via email, phone, and video conferencing.
