Senior Business Analyst

This position is 80% remote and must live within a 90-minute radius of Goshen, IN.The Senior Financial Analyst role within the Decision Support Department at Goshen Health is a pivotal position focused on providing financial expertise and analysis to support Goshen Physicians. This role primarily involves conducting in-depth analysis of provider compensation, including modeling and fair market value assessment. Additionally, the position encompasses tasks such as building proformas, program performance reporting, budget planning, variance analysis, dashboarding, and goal/KPI tracking. The Senior Financial Analyst will play a key role in ensuring the financial health and success of Goshen Physicians by providing valuable insights and recommendations based on comprehensive financial analysis.Position QualificationsMinimum Education: Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration/ManagementPreferred Education: CPA certification or a Master's Degree in Business, Accounting, or Healthcare AdministrationMinimum Experience: 5 or more years of analytical work, team leading and project management experience required. Knowledge of spreadsheet and word processing requiredPreferred Experience: 5 or more years of budgeting, cost accounting and health care reimbursement experiencePreferred Certifications: CHFP (HFMA); CSMC (HFMA)
