Responsibilities Work in conjunction with the Project Manager to complete the jobs by their designated deadline. Provide exceptional customer service with very clear communication. Enter the required PM data into Tracking Sheets. Forecast the installation of projects. Progress invoice projects one week prior to installation. The report anticipated upcoming closures and funds. Enter the schedule for installations in Google Calendar, create a work order, and Google Directions. Communicate daily schedule with Installation and Manufacture departments Visit the customers as needed. Manage the completion of the job and final inspection for final billing. Turn in billing information to the Accounting Department. Receive calls. Work with a positive attitude. Team player attitude. Arrive promptly each morning and plan to work up to 50 hours per week as needed. Create completion packages. Job Requirements Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Excel, Word, and Spreadsheet experience a must. Working knowledge of QuickBooks. Self-Motivator. Strong sense of urgency. Personable with excellent communication skills* Demonstrates excellent customer service* Shows consistent professionalism and good judgment. Must be able to function as a team and independently. Organized and confident. Multi-tasking is a must. Attention to detail is a must. High ability to retain information. Tenacious Administrative skills are a must.
