Hull Property Group has a long track record of acquiring and repositioning underperforming enclosed malls and shopping centers. The Acquisitions Department is seeking an analyst to help grow the company's portfolio.

Duties & Responsibilities Assist in the identification of new investment opportunities. Assist with property valuation process and the execution of real estate acquisitions projects. Create and utilize financial models for investment valuation. Research and analyze market data. Participate in the preparation of investment proposals and materials. Support senior analysts with asset management duties to include partner reporting, appraisals and various other tasks. Support the Ad Valorem tax team with valuation, appraisal review, and the appeal processes. Track all Ad Valorem assessments and bills to ensure timely filing and payment. Create ad hoc financial analysis as needed. Requirements:

Bachelor's degree. Interest in the commercial real estate industry. Exceptional quantitative, analytical and writing skills Possess a strong financial aptitude, attention to detail and organizational skills. Must be a self starter and highly motivated. Proficient with Microsoft Excel. Ability to assist remote workers.
