Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Consultant Location: Tampa - Hybrid Experience Level: Mid-senior Experience Required: 7 Years Education Level: Bachelor’s Degree Job Function: Human Resources Industry: Financial Services Pay Rate: $47 per hour Total Positions: 1 Relocation Assistance: No Visa Sponsorship Eligibility: No Contract Duration: 3-month contract - extension possible based on performance Interview Process: 2 round Zoom interviews Job ID: DTC1JP00003238 Position Summary: At DTCC, our Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) program was started to build the capacity of our global workforce, fostering a collaborative culture to enable the delivery of the world's most resilient, secure, and efficient post-trade infrastructure for our clients. The Senior Associate will support the design and manage CSR programs including employee giving and volunteerism. Specific Responsibilities: Organize necessary resources such as site CSR Ambassadors and other stakeholders within Diverse Talent Management and Advancement (DTMA), HR, and Marketing & Communications to successfully execute on CSR events and fundraising goals. Execute CSR event and fundraising communications in partnership with Marketing and Communications (articles, email messages, etc.) for broad distribution. Prepare post-event or fundraising summary and CSR impact across DTCC offices for the company to be reviewed and posted on the exchange. Manage and administer CSR tool and programs: review and respond to inquiries around corporate donations, matching gifts, fundraising, volunteering, volunteer grants, giving campaigns, and disaster relief. Identify volunteer project options for teams by contacting organizations or local CSR Ambassadors near our DTCC office locations. Collect data and information necessary for budget and monthly expense management. Align risk and control processes into day-to-day responsibilities to monitor and mitigate risk; escalates appropriately. Qualifications: Minimum of 6 years of related experience. Bachelor's degree preferred; master’s or equivalent experience is a plus. Proven success in managing complex and multi-faceted programs with the ability to drive projects through completion. Ability to effectively plan, manage and prioritize multiple projects at a variety of stages. Must be able to work independently and within a team in a fast-paced environment. Demonstrate strong analytical skills, as well as personal organizational skills. Exhibit a collaborative work style within a global company. #J-18808-Ljbffr
