**Job Skills / Requirements**
We are seeking a self-motivated, proficient minded, hardworking team member to perform carpet and upholstery cleaning in Commercial Cleaning Business. The ideal candidate must have strong carpet and upholstery cleaning background. The candidate will have experience in day to day general cleaning, carpet cleaning and upholstery cleaning. Strong communication skills are required Job Duties Complete carpet care services including: extraction, low moisture, bonnet/roto and carpet spotting. Complete upholstery care services Complete special projects as requested by our customers. Self-inspect work. Follow all safety and personnel rules, policies and regulations. Job Qualifications Education and work history that demonstrates work ethic and responsibility. Demonstrated experience and expertise in cleaning upholstery, machine scrubbing ceramic tile and stone floors, and cleaning carpets. Able to perform all tasks which include walking, bending, stooping, twisting, reaching, pulling, pushing, kneeling and crouching. Able to lift 75 lbs. and carry a 12 lbs. backpack vacuum cleaner. Able to work independently and efficiently to complete tasks. Able to read and understand written communications.
Be proficient at company's core services.
Make themselves available for emergency service from time to time.
Complete all paper work neatly and accurately.
Keep all equipment and vehicle in a clean and repaired condition.
Keep uniform clean and in good condition.
Write inspection and other reports as necessary.
Positive customer service attitude
**Education Requirements (Any)**
High School Diploma or Equivalent
