Provide high-quality, compassionate nursing care to patients before and after surgical procedures in a focused, fast-paced outpatient setting. ???? Utilize your perioperative expertise to support a smooth surgical experiencepreparing patients in PreOp and monitoring recovery in PACUwhile working in a team-oriented, cross?trained environment. ???? Join a close?knit surgical center with 4 OR suites and a collaborative culture built around safety, precision, and patient care. What Youll Do Perform comprehensive PreOp assessments and prepare patients for surgery Provide post?anesthesia care, monitor vitals, and manage recovery for patients in PACU Educate patients and families on procedures, recovery, and discharge instructions Collaborate with surgical and anesthesia teams to ensure smooth handoffs and patient safety Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with clinical protocols Respond effectively to patient needs and changes in condition Cross?train and rotate between PreOp and PACU as needed Support the centers culture of high accountability and patient?centered care What You Need to Have Active RN license in Texas Required 1+ year of experience in perioperative care, surgical center, orthopedics, or pain management BLS and ACLS Certification Required Strong critical thinking and assessment skills Ability to thrive in a team?based, cross?functional environment Schedule MondayFriday, 7:00 AM 4:00 PM No on?call, no weekends, and no holidays Facility Highlights 4 fully equipped OR suites Small, efficient center with cross?trained PreOp/PACU staff High?volume orthopedic and pain management cases Collaborative and supportive clinical leadership Why Join Us Smaller, supportive work environment Strong culture and hands?on leadership Emphasis on teamwork and relationships Good work/life balance no on?call, weekends, or holidays #J-18808-Ljbffr
