Your Job Flint Hills Resources (FHR) is seeking an IT Architect for our endpoint, mobility, and collaboration products/services. In this role you will be responsible for bridging the gap between business needs and technical capabilities. Your business acumen and technology expertise will be essential for facilitating effective communication, collaboration, and the delivery of technology products/services. Daily challenges will arise that require more soft skills than technical expertise meaning, you cannot rely on technical aptitude alone to be successful. You must demonstrate the ability to understand and influence the strategies, objectives, assumptions, and parties involved to achieve the best business outcomes. What You Will Do Collaborate with stakeholders and IT capabilities to define problems/opportunities, design, and implement IT solutions that achieve operational excellence and desired business results. Provide both strategy and technical expertise in endpoint, mobility, and collaboration technologies (emphasis on Microsoft 365), including integration with the overall IT solution stack. Understand and contribute to product, supplier, and enterprise technology roadmaps. Develop points of view, technology standards, and repeatable patterns. Drive experimentation, advance profitable ideas to realize business value. Risk analysis, problem resolution, and root cause analysis. Product Owner for Mobility and Enterprise Collaboration (Microsoft 365). Manage relationships with key stakeholders and suppliers. Ensure products/services are fit for purpose, easy to use, competitively priced/delivered, and create a long-term value for the business. Drive value creation from products/services (enablement, adoption, application to work process). Maintain and implement strategies for reliability and support (documentation, work processes, incident response, monitoring/KPIs, product lifecycle, BC/DR). Develop and drive strategy for meeting customer requirements through roadmap and backlog. Partner with other IT teams (data, cyber, compliance, etc.) to ensure compliance with risk management controls and policies/standards. Maintain commercial strategy and influence supplier roadmaps. Manage IT projects and coordination of resources, ensuring quality of delivery within time, budget, and scope.st Who You Are (Basic Qualifications) 5+ years of experience in IT Experience with multiple infrastructure technology pillars (endpoint, mobility, compute, storage, network, security, etc.) and their management tools Experience managing Microsoft 365 services including SharePoint, Teams, PowerApps, etc. Experience translating business requirements into technical requirements Proven project management skills and the ability to deliver results Superior communication skills, written and verbal Strong technical, critical-thinking, and economic-thinking skills Strong personal organizational skills What Will Put You Ahead Experience as an IT Architect or Product Owner Experience with low-code, citizen-developed tools (PowerApps, Alteryx, etc.) Experience with modern cloud-based platforms and tools (AWS, Azure, Google, SaaS vendors) Experience leading in the modernization of applications and platforms Experience working with IT/OT systems and technologies This role is not eligible for visa sponsorship.
