** GRAEF** ** Transportation Engineer/Project Manager P5** Orlando, FL 32803 We have an exciting opportunity available for a Transportation Engineer/Project Manager in our Orlando, FL office. **As a Transportation Engineer/Project Manager, enjoy responsibilities that may include:** * Project oversight including setting priorities and developing objectives, project financial management as well as hands-on involvement in the design process. * The ability to serve as a technical resource for a multi-disciplined team. * Project engineering and management. * Good communication skills and a proven track record in successfully interacting with clients and internal team members is necessary. * Business development activities including proposal preparation, project interviews/presentations, and client management. * Professional society involvement. **We are considering candidates to join our team as a Transportation Engineer/Project Manager, that meet the following basic qualifications:** * Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering. * Minimum of 8 years of practical design experience in transportation engineering, highway design, and local street design. * Knowledge of FDOT design and standards. * PE license in FL. * Experience in business development and project development processes, including marketing activities, client development, project tracking and proposal development. * Project Management experience with the Florida Department of Transportation a plus. * Staff management and proven leadership experience preferred. * Experience with MicroStation, Open Roads Design (ORD), AutoCAD and Civil3D software is a significant advantage. **:** * Medical/Dental/Audio/Visual Insurance * Paid Time Off * Life Insurance * Short and Long-Term Disability * Flexible Spending Plans * Retirement Savings Plan * Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) * Training, Mentorship, and Leadership Development Programs * Tuition Reimbursement * A team atmosphere dedicated to open communication and collaboration * Flexible Schedule/Remote work options * Embed yourself in the community by participating in numerous outside activities that GRAEF endorses and supports * Corporate Casual Dress An Equal Opportunity Employer/Affirmative Action Employer - Disabled/Vets
