About the Job We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Respiratory Therapist to join our team for a 13-week travel assignment in Massachusetts. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a woman-owned healthcare staffing agency that prioritizes transparency and listening. The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering high-quality patient care and excellent communication skills. Compensation Package The pay package for this position includes a tax-free stipend, and the salary is estimated to be around $80,000 per year based on 8 hour shifts and 40 hours per week. The compensation package also includes benefits such as weekly pay, employee assistance programs, holiday pay, medical benefits, guaranteed hours, dental benefits, vision benefits, referral bonus, 401k retirement plan, pet insurance, license and certification reimbursement, continuing education, company provided housing options, life insurance, and mileage reimbursement.
