**Marketing / Sales Coordinator**

Marketing Richfield, Utah Minimum Experience **Experienced** Compensation **$12 - $15 Hourly DOE** InfoWest, Southern Utah's premier internet service provider, is searching for a proactive individual with exceptional communication and organizational skills for a new Sales and Marketing Coordinator position. The Sales and Marketing coordinator will be responsible for supporting the marketing and sales business functions of the organization to increase awareness of InfoWest's brand and services, increase engagement with current and new customers, and build positive customer relationships. Successful candidates will possess excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, a strong work ethic, a strong sense of professionalism, and the ability to work within a team. The Marketing Coordinator will also be heavily involved with communicating to other company team members and strengthening cross department cooperation.

Responsibilities include:

* Manages multiple projects and team efforts simultaneously in an effective and efficient manner under tight deadlines

* Complying with our corporate brand standards to present a consistent appearance and style for external marketing communications, including product and service offerings, advertisements, and awards submissions

* Develop content for a wide variety of platforms and channels to increase awareness/understanding of company/products, drive client/prospective client engagement and build relationships

* Write and edit compelling marketing and sales communications, tailoring message based on audience

* Maintain databases, mailing and email lists, and documents, including logging communications and inputting/updating data in CRM

* Maintain and monitor social media presence through brainstorming and posting content

* Develop and implement strategies to drive website traffic

* Support initiatives to expand business, including prospecting, organizing organic initiatives and maintaining marketing material inventory

* Identify and assess event opportunities, including organizing logistics, invitation lists and materials, and raising potential customer awareness and current customer participation

Qualifications

* At least 1-3 years of work experience or relevant internship experience

* Strong oral and written communications skills with confidence to communicate complex ideas

* Strong presentation skills, including ability to speak in front of large groups

* Strategic and creative thinker who can use social media and PR tools to build awareness, engage with audiences, and encourage behavior

* Excellent understanding and experience with social media platforms, especially LinkedIn

* Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel in particular)

* Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills

* Ability to work independently as well as with groups (both internal and external)

* Ability to prioritize and work under tight timelines and on multiple projects simultaneously

* Familiarity with the following programs a plus: Google Analytics, Constant Contact, Instagram, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Canva

* Background or interest in technology industry a plus

* Must have valid drivers license to use company vehicles

* Understand and demonstrate integrity, respect and the ability to develop positive relationships with management, customers and peers

* Flexible for scheduling, may include nights and weekends
