Role Description
This is a temporary hybrid role for an Outsourced Operations Specialist at Ensemble Foods North America. The Outsourced Operations Specialist
will be mainly responsible for identifying and onboarding processing partners that will be capable of working with our protein to produce a variety of applications: retorted and frozen ready-to-eat meals, large size sterilized packages, etc. In this role, they will be
responsible for managing day-to-day operations, coordinating projects, and ensuring smooth operations with the various processing partners. This role is primarily based in Chicago, IL, with flexibility for some remote work.
Qualifications
Skills related to food sterilization
Experience in quality control practices and procedures
Knowledge of research and development (R&D) processes in the food industry
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Ability to work independently and in a team
Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Food Technology, or a related field
Analytical Skills and Project Management skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
