Job Description:

Conduct new resident orientations that include resident profiles, interests, and clubhouse access Create exciting events & activities based on resident interests; advance planning/successful execution required Oversee amenities that include a sports bar, fitness area, yoga studio, pickleball/tennis courts, bocce ball, and outdoor pool Maintain supplies, vendor communication, and reporting to the community leadership team Provide administrative and organizational support, customer service, answering telephones, and all levels of general office duties Conduct clubhouse tours for prospective home buyers, as well as help build solid customer relationships Partner with the Homeowner Association management company to provide consistent guidance for residents Create an exciting, safe, inclusive atmosphere for all residents & guests Requirements:

Minimum 2 years experience as a Lifestyle Director or events coordinator is required Compensation & Benefits:
