Seeking a highly motivated experienced Senior Treasury Analyst professional, creating cashflow forecasts, regulatory compliance, and supporting various global treasury initiatives. This position will be based either in the Regal Rexnord Milwaukee, WI or Rosemont, IL office.

Reporting to the Director of Treasury, this Senior Treasury Analyst will serve as a key member of the Global Treasury team. This is a hands-on role responsible performing more complex treasury transactions, working with local finance teams and FP&A developing global cash forecasting, financial modeling, Cash Repatriation, M&A integration, and global treasury management. This role will be mentored by experienced Corporate Treasury professionals and work closely with other team members to ensure proper financial risk management and cash utilization. Successful candidate has a desire to develop their Corporate Treasury experiences while contributing meaningful activities to Regal’s Global Treasury function.

Key Responsibilities

Work closely with local finance teams on cash repatriation, including reviewing minimum cash needs and distribution planning Work with company’s business units to prepare weekly cash forecasts and other cash and borrowing projections models, coordinate with teams to identify an mitigate forecasting variances Assist with improving global cash visibility and forecasting by creating and executing processes for non-U.S. subsidiaries to report cash balances and activity detail Work with FP&A on developing operating cash flow forecasts, working capital optimization and metrics/key performance indicators Assist with global cash pool management and related activities Performs analysis and recommendations on the development of global investment and funding strategies Monitor intercompany interest calculations and accounting entries, payment activity and aging schedule Prepare and maintain intercompany loan documentation Assist with the month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closings activities, including the review of accounting entries Responsible for SOX compliance and regulatory compliance such as Dodd-Frank, EMIR, FBAR, etc. Support corporate accounting, corporate tax, FP&A, and other functions as they relate to Treasury transactions and Entity structures Support M&A acquisition and integration activities Identifies and helps to implement technological solutions to automate and enhance Treasury processes/reporting Assist with presentation material for executive leadership as requested Professional Experience/ Qualifications

The successful candidate will have 4+ years of corporate treasury or related finance/accounting experience. The candidate must have the passion, energy and intellectual curiosity necessary for a fast-paced, growth-driven environment.

Bachelor’s degree required in Finance or Accounting. MBA or advanced degree in finance or management a plus. CPA or CTP preferred. 4+ years of corporate treasury or related experience. Significant hands-on experience with financial analysis, forecasting, FX and commodity risk management, and treasury management.
