Pricing Management : Oversee pricing strategy across product lines, ensuring alignment with growth objectives, customer retention, and margin optimization. Drive adoption of pricing changes to support business goals.
Sales Support : Collaborate with the sales team on account planning, market/geographic planning, and forecasting. Advocate for business needs across the organization to enable effective growth in key segments.
Revenue and Market Share Growth : Develop and execute targeted growth initiatives, including new product launches, cross-selling and upselling strategies, and service offering development to drive segment-specific revenue and market share growth.
Market Opportunity Monitoring : Track major government, OEM, contractor, and stakeholder spending programs. Align internal resources to capitalize on new growth opportunities.
Brand and Positioning : Work with the VP of Market Strategy to refine brand vision and positioning for selected products, in collaboration with the Digital & Marketing Communications team.
Market Research Prioritization : Lead efforts to conduct market research and uncover customer needs and opportunities.
Vendor and Stakeholder Coordination : Support strategic vendor relationships within the energy industry and submarkets in collaboration with the VP of Procurement.
Industry Engagement : Build and maintain relationships with industry leaders, customers, and stakeholders in focused markets to enhance market influence and drive growth.
What you'll bring
7 to 10 years of business leadership experience within manufacturing or industrial distribution, specifically focused on power distribution equipment; combination of experience in sales, marketing, and operational management strongly preferred.
Experience with Salesforce CRM desired.
Proficient with Microsoft Office and strong computer skills.
