JobOverview We have a newly created opportunity for a Senior Test Analystto join our corporate IT team. This role is working onsite and can bebased at our corporate offices in Milwaukee, WI or Chicago, IL (nearO\'Hare). As a Senior Test Analyst, you will be responsible for leadingthe testing efforts within a project or team. Your role will involvecoordinating with stakeholders, analyzing requirements, designing teststrategies, executing tests, and ensuring the overall quality ofdeliverables. Key Job Responsibilities Collaborate with projectstakeholders to understand project requirements and define comprehensivetest plans. Provide guidance totesters and provide directions on testscript documentation and review once they are ready. Oversee the manualand automated test execution ensuring thorough coverage of functionalrequirements. Ensure adherence to quality standards and best practicesthroughout the testing process. Implement corrective actions based onthe root cause analysis of the defects. Track Production and UAT defectsand ensure the counts are within the threshold defined. Communicateeffectively with project stakeholders, including developers, productmanagers, and clients, to provide status updates, escalate issues, andsolicit feedback. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams toalign testing activities with overall project goals and timelines.Qualifications/Requirements Degree in computer science, informationtechnology, or a related field or a combination of education/trainingand work experience equivalent to an advanced degree.
