Look no further We're excited to invite a talented Civil Engineer to join our passionate team at BC Engineers.Qualifications:Ability to work well in a high-pace dynamic environment, handle multiple projects simultaneously, and ensure task completion and deadlines are met as requiredPlanning, scheduling, assigning, coordinating and monitoring the work of professional, and technical staff.Planning, implementing and coordinating comprehensive programs and projects;Thinking conceptuallyObserving and evaluating trendsOperation of a personal computer and applicable software including CADCommunicating effectively orally and in writing with supervisors, contractors, developers, employees, and community members.Conducting research, analyzing data and compiling comprehensive reports, with recommendations.Interpreting administrative guidelines and applying them to the work situation;High level proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D and the ability to work with survey data.Project management experience is required, and the ability to meet with clients and municipalities to explain and defend design details.Site field experience and construction methods impacting civil and structural designExperience with site preparation and drainage design.Working knowledge of civil design software packages: Civil 3DSelf-motivated and self-directedExperience and EducationBachelors degree in civil engineering from an accredited university or collegeMinimum of 6 years professional experience in related disciplineProfessional Engineering (Civil/Structural) license in ID; ability to obtain WA license within 12 monthsExperienced in all project phases from scope development, execution, and closeoutExperience in Project/Task ManagementExperience in business development or experience working with clients and public entitiesRequired to have a valid drivers license, with an acceptable driving record.Required to have strong technical writing abilities with experience using Microsoft Word.Proficient with general computer skills (MS Office Suite etc.).Must have superior customer service skills, be team-oriented and enjoy service-oriented work.#J-18808-Ljbffr
