Description:
Our client is a Mechanical contractor that specializes in commercial HVAC, pumps, and piping boilers. Currently they are working on a couple data center sites in Omaha/Council Bluffs and also a rather large multi-year healthcare project.
Our client is looking for a Mechanical PM who will specializes in commissioning & document controls. Contract Administration, Pre-Con Estimate Reviews, Material & Equipment Purchasing,
Project Manager will ensure projects maintain schedules and on budget and develop relationships with new and existing clients.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:
  • 3-5 years of Project Management experience specifically in Mechanical HVAC/piping/plumbing space
  • Recent experience as an project engineer or assistant PM on commercial jobsites would be considered
