This PRN Occupational Therapist (OTR) or Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) position assists with filling in periodic scheduling gaps due to high patient volumes or employee leaves. Available hours are typically between 8a-6p, with occasional slight variations to meet unique scheduling needs. On rare occasions you may have the opportunity to travel to other On With Life clinic locations.This position is eligible for an annual cost-of-living adjustment; the hired employee may also participate in our 401k plan and has access to our employee assistance program. What do Occupational Therapists (OTR) or Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTA) do? The OT or COTA provides professional occupational therapy services to persons with brain injury, spinal cord injury, and other neurological conditions. As a member of the transdisciplinary team, the OTR or COTA reviews and informs the rehabilitation plans of persons served.
