TITLE: Inventory Specialist (Full-time, Onsite) POSITION TYPE: Full-Time (W2) LOCATION: Mountain View, CA WHO were looking for: We are looking for an Inventory Specialist who is able to work onsite in our Mountain View office. Role Purpose As an Inventory Specialist, your main responsibility will be to maintain the laboratory inventory, audit devices, and keep associated records for the Digital Health Team. You will also organize and maintain devices in a laboratory, help prepare study equipment, and execute study protocols in support of ongoing projects in Digital Health. Major Responsibilities Assists with study equipment and device set up (pairing devices, app installation, etc.) Maintains detailed logs of lab inventories. Packages and ship study supplies. Keeps detailed records of ingoing and outgoing shipments. Comply with Samsung device audits. Light clerical activities like printing, stapling, filing. Maintain the physiological data collection lab, keeping an organized, clean, and safe working environment. Operates and maintains physiological data collection laboratory equipment onsite. Maintain good clinical practice, following applicable health and safety principles and practices. Background, Experience & Qualifications 1-2 years of experience assisting an office preferred PC and Smartphone App (Android and iOS) skills Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); and other applicable applications Bachelors Degree preferred Detail oriented and organized a must Tech savvy with devices #J-18808-Ljbffr
