The only thing missing is youBenefis Health System has exciting new Oncology practice opportunities for 2023 and 2024 We have a very established regional cancer institute located in Great Falls MT and we will be expanding services into a brand-new multispecialty facility in Helena MT (1 hour south) that will include an oncology infusion suite early 2024. Each community has unique practices, and we are happy to discuss either opportunity. Our main Benefis Sletten Cancer Institute provides a truly progressive approach to preventing and diagnosing cancer and is ACOS and NAPBC certified (since 1981) with an active multidisciplinary tumor board with a team of expert medical professionals and we are excited to bring our high standard of care to the Helena patient populationThe Helena location will have:1-2 Oncology physicians in addition to a current experienced Oncology PA-CBrand-new multi-specialty building with beautiful office and clinic spaces, radiology, lab, pharmacy, a functional ASC and procedure rooms and 16 infusion chairs.Outreach space for current Great Falls physicians to offer care, mentorship and support.Multidisciplinary tumor board, meeting twice a week (virtual attendance)Opportunity for telehealth visits, outreach and cancer events in the communityBenefis Sletten Cancer Institute Resources in Great Falls:Physician focused cancer care with multidisciplinary teams including: 3 medical oncologists, 2 radiation oncologists, 2 oncology support APPs, a dosimetrist, a physicist, therapists, nursing, 2 clinical supervisors, nurse navigators, social workers, genetic counseling, clinical research, cancer registry, financial advocacy and prior authorization teamsWell-attended multidisciplinary tumor board, meeting twice a week54,000 square foot cancer treatment facility complete with an indoor healing atrium, a lazy river and soothing waterfall, massive fireplace, meditation room and a brand-new teaching kitchen.4,000 square feet infusion center with 20 chemo chairs and semi-private and private infusion rooms to assure the highest patient experience possible (currently expanding to 36 chairs)Onsite infusion supervising nurse, oncology certified pharmacy, clinical research and clinical trial departments, and great support staff Onsite, lab, pharmacy, PET CT, CT and x-rayDedicated housing facility for our patients and their caregivers to stay at no cost - some patients drive 5-7 hours to receive care at our facility due to our reputationFriendly, appreciative patient population serving a catchment population of 275,000 in Northcentral MontanaHow we support youCompetitive salaries and fair production with additional incentive bonus structures Flexible schedules, 3, 4 or 5 day work weekGenerous sign-on / relocation bonusAnnual $5,000 CME + $1,000 license/dues8 weeks paid time off (6 PTO, 2 CME)5-7% retirement match + 457b programPhysician wellness programs focused on personal and professional developmentMonthly meetings with highest-level physician and administrative leadership to bring ideas forward and solve issuesWhy we stand outStand alone, financially stable, not-for-profit health systemRegional tertiary center with robust specialty support including neurosurgery, pulmonology, neurology, endocrinology, rheumatology, advanced gastroenterology, cardiothoracic, and morePatient focused, quality community and regional medical careInternational airport with direct flights to: DEN, MSP, SLC, SEA, ORD, LAS and PHXWell versed in J1 waiver sponsorships and happy to discuss our process for permanent residence.Community Information Helena is Montana's capital city of Helena has a population of 34,000 and experiences mild winters and blue skies over 300 days per year.
