Limited Term Maintenance Technician (Floater Madison Area) Hours: 25 to 40 hours per week based on your availabilityLocation: Various Section 42 senior and multi-family properties within the Madison area We are seeking a reliable and skilled Maintenance Technician (LTE Floater) to support multiple properties across the Madison area. This limited-term role offers a flexible schedule of 2540 hours per week based on your availability. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys variety in their work environment and takes pride in maintaining safe, comfortable, and well-functioning living spaces. As a floater, you will assist with day-to-day maintenance operations at several Section 42 senior and multi-family housing communities in the Madison market. Responsibilities include performing routine repairs, preventative maintenance, and occasional renovations. Youll play a key role in ensuring our properties remain in excellent condition and that residents receive prompt, high-quality service.
