About You: We’re looking for an experienced marketer to lead our demand generation programs for discrete manufacturing. You’ll be responsible for building full funnel campaigns to generate awareness and bring leads in discrete manufacturing through the funnel to generate pipeline. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you’ll design, plan, manage, and optimize integrated digital marketing programs like webinars, events, content launches, product releases and more across multiple channels. It will be important to work closely with sales, aligning marketing and sales for all campaigns. The right candidate will have a builder mindset, a strong knowledge of B2B demand generation best practices, have a knack for developing and adapting sales enablement content, be digitally savvy, have a natural inclination to measure the effectiveness of marketing activities, strong project management skills, and the ability to drive program execution while managing the expectations of various stakeholders . What skills do I need? Minimum of 4 years experience as a marketing manager focused on demand generation at a SaaS company Minimum of 2 years experience in the discrete manufacturing industry Excellent project management capabilities with the ability to drive and influence without authority Experience manipulating data, strong analytical skills and familiarity with Google Sheets/Excel Knowledge of core B2B and saas metrics, experience working in SaaS and/or with a mix of commercial and enterprise sales a plus Adhere to fast-paced deadlines, self-manage workloads - agile project management experience a plus Familiarity with Salesforce strongly preferred Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with ability to explain complicated concepts in clear and concise terms Key Responsibilities: Manage the demand generation plan for discrete manufacturing including campaign creation, execution, reporting, and analysis. Own monthly lead volume and progression rate targets within your focus area; provide actionable recommendations for expansion and optimization strategies Monitor and optimize the lead generation funnel, collaborating with sales to improve pipeline conversion and MQL/SAL quality Manage demand generation technology, reporting, and dashboards to demonstrate revenue impact and ROI Prepare, promote and facilitate discrete manufacturing webinars on an ongoing basis Collaborate with commercial sales on inbound lead follow up cadences for discrete manufacturing leads Analyze and report on campaign performance data, including engagement with our target audiences Contribute to various forms of marketing campaign content - ad and landing page copy, email, and short-form campaign assets Key Collaborators: Commercial, Sales, Growth Marketing, Content Marketing, Product Marketing, Creative, Customer Success Working At Tulip We know even great candidates experience imposter syndrome.
