Description:
Mastery in land development design, producing site layouts, plans and profiles, grading plans, stormwater management reports, drainage calculations, pump calculations, water and sewer line design, and road design.
Prepare and review construction documents, engineering plans and specifications, ensuring all designs meet technical standards and project requirements with minimal supervision.
Coordinate with project team members to ensure smooth project execution from conception to completion.
Communicate directly with clients and provide detailed project updates.
Coordinate project submittals, facilitate regulatory agency approvals, and obtain construction permits.
Provide expert testimony at various municipal and county boards.
Communicate and coordinate technical evaluations and designs, produce reports in technical writing format.
Coordinate with local, state, and federal agencies as required for project approvals
Additional Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering or Equivalent Experience Required.
NJ Professional Engineering License
Experience with AutoCAD and Microsoft Office required.
Must have strong communication and writing skills.
Experience with design of land development projects.
Experience presenting projects at public meetings preferred.
