This is a client-facing, 360 role where youll be responsible for developing your own business, nurturing client relationships, and delivering outstanding talent solutions to life science businesses. Key Responsibilities Confidently drive new business development, client management, and land/expand strategies. Source and headhunt top talent via LinkedIn Recruiter and specialist pharma channels. Manage the full recruitment process - from candidate sourcing and CV submission to offer negotiation and onboarding. Organise interviews, gather feedback, and offer consultative, value-led advice to clients and candidates. Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate and client records within Bullhorn (ATS). Build, nurture, and grow long-lasting relationships across your network. What Were Looking For Proven, consistent billing record in 360 recruitment. Strong business development skills with a confident, consultative approach. Life Science market experience is a plus, but not essential if youre eager to learn. Ability to build rapport, problem-solve, and thrive under pressure. Self-starter mentality with ambition, optimism, and natural leadership qualities. Results-driven, financially motivated, and focused on delivering excellence. Organised, punctual, and committed to high standards of work.
