Customers Bank has an immediate opening for an AML Analyst. The AML Analyst will be responsible for ensuring compliance with banking regulations, reviewing and reporting suspicious activity, staying up to date on sanction alerts and additional regulations, as well as conducting necessary research and documenting findings. We are looking for a highly motivated team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Ensure compliance with Bank Secrecy Act Regulation’s, Anti-Money Laundering related regulations, Office of Foreign Assets Control Regulations, and USA PATRIOT Act Regulations. Review system-generated alerts, assess impact to AML processes, conduct research as required, and document results in written format. Write suspicious activity reports, address sanctions alerts, and other applicable AML processes in accordance with regulatory expectations and departmental procedures. Maintain current knowledge of laws, regulations, policies, and procedures applicable to the job assignment. Other duties related to BSA compliance may be assigned. Qualifications & Experience Ability to multi-task, work independently and as part of a team, establishing cooperative and collaborative working relationships. 2+ years in banking with a strong understanding of general bank products and services. Experience in documenting AML alerts, case investigations, SAR and non-SAR filings. Experience in BSA Compliance, Banking, Auditing, or Fraud Investigations. ACAMS (Preferred) or CFE Certifications, or similar AML or Investigator Certifications. Advanced analytical skills. Advanced computer skills, including knowledge with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
