Housekeeping AideDecatur Wellness and Rehabilitation Center is a leading senior care provider dedicated to providing a compassionate, patient-centered health care experience through a culture of caring, quality, and excellence in the communities we serve.Housekeeping Aide Position SummaryThe Housekeeping Aide carries out all cleaning duties as directed by the Administrator and Environmental Services Director according to required policies and procedures. Their role also includes the following responsibilities: •Follow all cleaning schedules, completing daily assignments.•Maintain a high standard of presentation always adhering to infection control policies.•Ensure all equipment is used correctly and safely.•Complete daily documentation as necessary.•Assist with room readiness for admissions and/or room changes.•Perform any other additional tasks as assigned by the Administrator, Environmental Services Director, or Regional Director of Maintenance.•Maintain confidentiality of protected health information, including verbal, written and electronic communications.Housekeeping Aide Requirements•High School diploma or GED•Long-term care or applicable experience preferredFull-Time Employee Benefits and Incentives•DailyPay•PTO•Medical, dental and vision coverage•Employee recognition program•Flexible spending account•401k with company match•Free life insuranceEqual Opportunity EmployerDecatur Wellness and Rehabilitation Center does not discriminate based on race, creed, ethnic background, national origin, sex, or disability.
