Job Overview:

Marvin Composites in Fargo, ND is hiring for a full-time Custodian. We're seeking a dedicated custodian to keep our facility in top shape and ensure it stays healthy, safe, and well-maintained.

In this role, you'll have the opportunity to work with various departments and form relationships with our outside vendors, and enjoy the flexibility and support to manage your responsibilities independently. Highlights of your role:
  • Maintain Cleanliness: Keep office areas, conference rooms, break rooms, stairs, and hallways clean
  • Ensure Hygiene: Regularly clean bathrooms, shared refrigerators, and the water/ice machine
  • Grounds Maintenance: Monitor and keep the outdoor areas tidy by emptying outdoor cigarette receptacles and removing trash
  • Clean the Marvin Composites East plant bathrooms and offices
  • Deep cleaning: Perform deep cleaning of carpets and bathroom floors as needed
  • Supply Management: Collaborate with vendors to manage the stock of cleaning supplies and items for the market area and kitchenette

Pay range based on experience:

$20-24 per hour

Schedule:

Monday - Friday

Salary Range:
$20-24/hr

You're a good fit if you have (or if you can):
  • Previous experience with custodial cleaning equipment preferred
  • You can manage your tasks effectively with minimal direction
  • You are proactive in identifying tasks that need attention and taking the initiative to address them
Also want to make sure you have:
  • High School diploma or GED preferred
  • At least 18 years of age
