For new hires, our starting rate includes:

* Base rate: $12.00 an hour

* Tips: $2.53 an hour average

* Bonus: $.1.27 an hour average

* **Total: $15.80 an hour**

Initially, new hires should expect to receive 30 hours a week. After training, Team Members will get up to 40 hours a week. The schedule breakdown is:

* 10 hour shift

* 8 hour shift

* Day shift

* Holidays

* Night shift

* Weekends

We will also provide you with all the necessary training, which may include the following responsibilities::

* Taking orders,

* Preparing / cooking food,

* Cleaning tasks,

* Following brand standards,

* And practicing food safety procedures.
