Reports To: Marketing Manager

Job Summary: The Marketing & Branding Assistant will support the Marketing Manager in developing and implementing branding strategies and marketing campaigns. This role involves a variety of tasks, including market research, content creation, social media management, and event coordination. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and possesses strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

•Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with brand strategy.
•Conduct market research to identify trends, target audiences, and competitive landscape.
•Manage and maintain social media profiles, engaging with followers, and monitoring feedback.
•Coordinate and support events, product launches, and promotional activities.
•Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns using analytics tools.
•Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure cohesive branding and messaging.
•Maintain brand consistency across all marketing efforts and communications.
•Support administrative tasks and other duties as assigned by the Marketing Manager.

Qualifications

•Strong understanding of marketing principles and branding practices.
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
•Proficiency in social media platforms and content management systems.
•Familiarity with graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
•Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
•Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
•Creative thinker with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
•Team player with strong interpersonal skills.
