Performs complex administrative and analytical tasks in support of a contract program.

Performs a variety of administrative and financial related analytical tasks in support of travel tasking.

Verifies and maintains travel financial reports and monitors tasks to meet contractual/project requirements.

Verifies travel cost based on a Travel authorization request (TAR), using the Concur travel system and the internet.

Analyze travel funding status and calculates additional travel funding as required and re-submits to Supervisor.

Monitors and reports travel financial performance against estimated travel pricing.

Interacts with task directive leaders to ensure travel contract conformance.

Collects receipts and process Expense reports in a fast paced environment.

Ability to multi-task and take direction from more than one Manager.

Effective communication and organizational skills.

Process Cash Advances.

Participates in special financial projects as required.

Education

Bachelors Degree in Business Administration or a related discipline, or the equivalent combination of education, professional training, or work experience. Experience working with spreadsheets in Microsoft Excel advanced formulas and pivot tables desired.

Qualifications

2-5 years of related finance or business analysis experience.

Effective organizational and communication skills.

Knowledge of program requirements.

The likely hourly rate for this position is between $21.97 - $26.45. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
