Key position functions include:

  • Develop, implement and execute recruiting plans and strategize ways to build talent pipeline
  • Network with industry contacts using both traditional and nontraditional resources, such as memberships, associations, social media and job fairs to identify and attract quality candidates
  • Create partnerships with colleges, universities and vocational schools to leverage candidate pool
  • Partner with Hiring Manager to develop job descriptions
  • Assist with development and coordination of orientation process
  • Assist with "Temporary Employee" needs as requested
  • Provide a positive candidate experience through communication and timely feedback
  • Assist with development and communication of HR policies
Preferred candidates will possess a combination of the following:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or similar.
  • Minimum of two years of full cycle recruiting in an Oil & Gas environment is preferred
  • Strong working knowledge of MS Office applications
  • Well organized and self-motivated
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • A sense of urgency and ability to multi-task
  • Previous experience with Applicant Tracking System; UltiPro Preferred
  • A commitment to workplace health and safety
