Job Description-
Technical/Functional Skills
1. Manage, monitor, troubleshoot the data network including Cisco routers, switches, Palo alto panorama firewalls , Aruba switches , Aruba wireless , CPPM administration
2. Create work instruction documents for network changes
3. Implementation of network changes
4. Manage, monitor, troubleshoot wireless network including Aruba wireless access points, controller, and Clearpass Policy Manager, Mobility master
5. Responsible for deploying DNS changes in Infoblox. Configuring scope in infoblox for DHCP.
6. Responsible for managing F5 load balancers pool creations, certificate updating, etc
7. Work directly with ISPs, hardware vendors, and customer contacts to resolve network problems
8. Create standard operating procedure (SOP) documents
9. Experience working on prem data center, racking stacking of server and network gears is must.
10. Manage software upgrade projects on networks
11. Flexible to work on call during weekend based on rotational manner
12. responsibility for the implementation, integration, configuration, development, and support of all stages of the SD-WAN process.
13. Updating ticket on IT service management tool with proper work notes.
