Marketcall is looking for…

A dynamic and experienced Head of Media Buying to lead our media buying department. As a leader in lead generation and pay-per-call industries, we require an individual who is adept at navigating the nuances of digital advertising and can effectively manage substantial advertising budgets. This is a remote position, open to candidates globally, with the expectation of working within US timezones.

Key responsibilities: Develop and execute innovative media buying strategies across various platforms including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and TikTok Ads Lead generation in form of CPL/Pay Per Call for industries like Health Insurance, Medicare, Debt relief, Home improvement, Legal Manage and oversee a significant monthly budget, ensuring efficient allocation and maximization of ROI across all campaigns Lead and mentor a team of media buyers, fostering an environment of continuous improvement and professional growth Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align media buying strategies with overall business goals, particularly focusing on lead generation Analyze market trends and adapt media buying strategies to capitalize on emerging opportunities. Maintain strong relationships with media vendors and negotiate favorable terms Prepare and present detailed reports on campaign performance, budgeting, and ROI to senior management

Requirements: Proven experience in media buying, particularly with Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and TikTok Ads A strong background in lead generation or pay-per-call industries Ability to work remotely and align with US timezones Solid experience in managing and leading a team Experience managing 6-7 figures monthly ad budgets Demonstrated experience managing monthly budgets ranging from six to seven figures Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
