Job Description Job Description Job Summary:Energy Hardware Holdings, LLC is seeking a Sourcing Specialist to join our team in Greer, SC. This position will support the sales organization as a c-class commodities sourcing expert. This role will manage new and existing product opportunities spanning the companys global OEM customer base, both as a support function and through direct customer account management scope.Key Responsibilities: Acting sourcing expert having the ability to deliver competitive solutions of fastener, mechanical fabrication, and electrical product groupsDevelop and maintain relationships with vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials and supplies.Identify and evaluate material availability, cost, and delivery times.Manage and negotiate material costs to help achieve company annual financial goalsReview all material quotes to ensure that the price, price range, and payment terms are acceptable.Maintain a thorough knowledge of materials available in the marketplace.Ensure that material pricing is accurate and consistent with the companys cost structure.Maintain a thorough knowledge of materials available within our supply chain.Support purchasing activity as needed.Required Skills/Abilities: Strong understanding of sourcing principles and best practices.Excellent negotiation and communication skills.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent attention to detail and ability to prioritize multiple tasks.Ability to work independently and part of a team.Education and Experience: Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management or related field preferred5-10 years of distribution or supply chain management experiencePowered by JazzHRPmGxAFjf2q#J-18808-Ljbffr
