Sales & Marketing Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:Content creation:Produce and edit content for various marketing channels, including social media, websites, email and print material.Social Media Management:Schedule and monitor social media posts, engage with followers, and analyze metrics.Partnership Fulfillment/CoordinationBuild and Maintain relationships with HSEC corporate partners to ensure successful collaboration and mutual benefitPlan and execute joint marketing campaigns, including co-branded content, events and promotionsIn-Market Activation:Oversee and plan all in-market activations in the Richmond market.Required Qualifications:To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.Proficient in Microsoft, Canva and social media channels such as: Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.Strong organizational and time-management skillsEducation and/or ExperienceHigh School Education or higherMinimum of 1 years' experience in Marketing, Public Relations or Sales in entertainment industry or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience requirementExposure to and familiarity with similar facility environmentSkills and AbilitiesExcellent written and verbal communication skills required.Ability to prioritize multiple projects.Basic understanding of demographics and media buying abilityComputer SkillsTo perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of database software, spreadsheet, graphics, and word processing software.Other QualificationsAbility to work irregular hours in addition to normal business hours as needed to cover events.Physical DemandsThe physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
