Responsibilities

The

Recruitment Supervisor

oversees the talent acquisition functions for assigned Divisions within CMCS. This position is responsible for oversight and training of the CMCS team of recruiters and onboarders, the development and implementation of recruitment strategies and the marketing of open positions. The Recruitment Supervisor will also directly conduct recruitment and onboarding for high-level and/or difficult to fill positions and support agency initiatives regarding staff retention.

In conjunction with the Administrative Director of HR and the VP of HR, the Recruitment Supervisor will participate in the development and implementation of the Agency's recruitment strategy. This position oversees posting to job boards and actively searches for other sites and services for job advertisement placement. The Recruitment Supervisor will seek and employ innovative ways to source candidates and streamline the hiring process.

There are currently

two (2) positions available , one supporting our Education Division (Head Start, Early Head Start, Universal Pre-K (UPK)) and one supporting our Children and Family Services (Foster Care, Article 31 Clinic, Care Management) and our Developmental Disabilities (Residential, Day Habilitation, Supported Employment) divisions.

This position is currently considered

hybrid

and requires working on-site weekly in either our Valhalla office or South Bronx location, however this could change at any time.

Qualifications

Essential Skills, Experience, Licensure, Certification :

Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related field

5+ years of experience in recruiting and/or marketing

An acceptable combination of Education and Experience may be considered

Experience in Education (Head Start, Early Head Start, UPK), Foster Care and/or working with people with disabilities a plus

Must be proficient in basic computer functions and applications including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and Teams.

Bi-Lingual or Multi-Lingual a plus
