Chargeback Analyst

Join our team as a Chargeback Analyst and be responsible for identifying, reviewing, and disputing chargebacks. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate with internal departments to investigate accounts and collections.
Responsibilities Include:
- Monitor Retailer portals to identify and review chargebacks, handling disputes promptly.
- Research chargebacks related to non-compliance, invalid pricing, EDI errors, shortages, damages, etc.
- Maintain organized records to support chargeback claim disputes.
- Process Proof of Delivery (POD) requests from e-commerce sellers.
- Collaborate with internal departments for support when necessary.
- Communicate issues requiring escalation to Accounting Manager or Head of Operations.
- Code chargebacks accurately and assist with QuickBooks coding.
- Provide backup support to Accounts Receivable Specialist during absences.
- Perform any other duties as assigned.
- E-Commerce chargeback experience required.
- Proactive, well-organized, and flexible.
- Proficient in Excel.
- Strong communication skills.
- Experience with Accounting and Sales software systems.
- Excellent organization, analytical skills, and attention to detail.
- Understanding of basic accounting principles (GAAP).
- Experience disputing chargebacks with retailers like Amazon, Lowes, Home Depot, Wayfair, Walmart, Bed Bath & Beyond, Menards, Build, and Houzz.
- Software experience with QuickBooks and SellerCloud or ERP systems.
Salary: $80k/Year
