Job Responsibilities:
- Review and process medical claims submitted by providers
- Verify patient eligibility and check for complete documentation
- Determine correct coding for procedures and diagnoses
- Review charges for accuracy and negotiate payments with providers when needed
- Communicate routinely with providers and customers to resolve issues

Skills Required:
- Strong attention to detail with excellent data entry skills
- Ability to interpret medical codes and billing procedures accurately
- Proficient computer skills in claims processing software
- Effective communication and problem-solving skills
- Medical insurance experience is preferred but not required
