JOB DESCRIPTION Position: Corporate Recruiter Reports to: Director of People and Culture

Job Overview:

We are seeking an energic and highly motivated recruiter with a passion for connecting talent with opportunity. In this role you will spearhead and facilitate all phases of the recruitment process. We’re in search of a dynamic recruiter capable of cultivating and nurturing a robust talent pipeline for both our current and future hiring needs. Additionally, this position entails a responsibility for creating long-lasting relations with industry personnel for our expanding company.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: Designs and implements overall recruiting strategy. Develops, facilitates, and implements all phases of the full cycle recruitment process. Evaluate job postings to ensure they remain relevant and competitive. Research online avenues and industry channels to promote jobs and target qualified candidates. Participate in community events and organizations such as HRA, TRA, NRA, Young Millennial Professional Groups to expand exposure & create relationships for potential new hires. Collaborates and consults with Hiring managers to discover staff requirements and specific job objectives. Outline detailed job descriptions and posts on career websites, social media, and internal recruiting platforms. Assists with the interview process, scheduling interviews with managers, directors, and other executives. Conduct preliminary interviews and recommend individuals for the next step based on culture alignment and technical skill set. Create strategies for seasonal hiring. Establish contracts with outside suppliers to provide employee services, such as temporary employees, search firms, or relocation services. Manages employer job boards and social media accounts (LinkedIn, Glassdoor, Indeed, etc.) and partners with the Brand department on content creation for candidate solicitation. Tracks ATS metrics, develops operations staffing strategy, and makes recommendations to executive leadership and operations partners. Collaborates with the hiring manager during the offer process, identifying and recommending salary ranges, incentives, start dates, and other pertinent details. Delivers offer letters and negotiate compensation packages. Identifies and implements efficient and effective recruiting methods and strategies based on the available role, industry standards, and the needs of the organization. Develop project briefs & tracks budgets for recruitment resources. Lead, monitor and evaluate the referral program and strategy efforts. Design and manage the company internship program to ensure success. Participate in community events and organizations to expand exposure & create relationships for potential new hires.

QUALIFICATIONS: Recruiting Experience:

three or more years of talent acquisition experience in a high growth company. You are accustomed to working with hiring managers to map new positions, craft job descriptions and manage the interview process including scheduling interviews, presenting job offers and declining candidates. Hospitality industry experienced preferred. Collaborative and hospitality-oriented : You greet everyone you encounter with a collaborative spirit, kindness, and empathy. You build and maintain strong relationships. Proactive, organized, and detail-oriented . You can manage several concurrent projects at once, keeping track of the details involved with each and ensuring that nothing falls through the cracks. Growth-oriented.

You are always seeking to better yourself and your work, and you will push yourself to the peak of performance to help fulfill our mission. Strong communication skills.

In addition to your ability to articulate your thoughts clearly and concisely to many different audiences both in writing and verbally, you understand the power of words. You must be confident in handling situations with sensitive and confidential information. Degree preferred:

Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or relevant field. Technology-minded.

You are familiar with modern ATS and HRIS products and are constantly thinking about how to simplify processes with technical solutions. ADP Workforce Now experience a plus.
