The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience supporting Prelude and RTE in an IT hospital setting, with a strong background in production support, enhancement build, and project-based work. This role requires someone who can work independently with little to no oversight, and who excels in translating workflows into optimized designs, daily operations, and end-user support/training.
