**What you will be doing:**

+ Follow up on all service details for Bartenders.

+ Maintain work areas clean and organized.

+ Maintain cleanliness of bar area by wiping down surfaces, sweeping and mopping, scrubbing coolers and storage areas, removing soiled glassware and emptying trash.

+ Report all unsafe conditions immediately.

+ Ensure bar is well-stocked with ice, liquor, wine and beer.

+ Stock areas with linen, glassware and silver.

+ Complete all opening and closing side work, as assigned to include restocking the bar with garnishes, syrups, straws, napkins and all other necessary items.

+ Assist Bartenders in servicing the guest.

+ Take orders, prepare drinks, bus tables, open tabs and process payments.

+ Stock bus station, as assigned.

+ Attend required meetings.

+ Communicate with manager before leaving shift.

+ Complete other duties as assigned by supervisor, to include cross training.

**What is required:**

+ Food/Beverage Service Worker Permit, where applicable.

+ Read and speak English fluently.

+ Meet minimum age requirement of jurisdiction.

+ Ability to communicate effectively with the public and other employees.

+ Prefer six months to one-year experience.

+ No employee will pose a direct threat to the health/safety of self or others.
