In this role, you will directly support the Program Office in Panama City in financial support of their ship building shop in this role, the expectation is that you will builds the overall cost estimate by summing detailed estimates done at lower levels of the Work Breakdown Structure (WBS). You will also work with program staff members to perform administrative functions including the development and coordination of briefings, organizational and performance metrics, official correspondence, deliverables to the customer, and monthly reports. This position is a part of a bid we are pursuing so we will need you to relocate to a reasonable distance from the Panama City, FL area to ensure I can support in-person ad hoc meetings at the Government facility located at Naval Surface Warfare Center - Panama City Division. We will not know who was awarded the contract for up to 1 year.

A candidate will possess the following Basic Qualifications for this position:

Active Secret Clearance, or able to acquire a Secret Clearance

5+ years Cost Estimator/Cost Engineering Experience.

Knowledge of DoD EVMS Interpretation Guide and EIA-748, Earned Value Management Systems

Willingness to relocate to Panama City, FL if necessary

Preferred Qualifications

NAVWAR or NAVSEA Program experience
