Technical Competency:

Experience as a ServiceNow ITSM Sr. Developer and Implementing

HR Module, CSM, SPM ( TTPM),ITOM,ITEM, BPM , Service Portal Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, Knowledge Management, or Service Catalog, Mobile App, Virtual AgentAbility to configure ServiceNow ITSM applications in alignment with approved design plansKnowledge of unit testing, system integration testing, performance testing, user acceptance testing, or any client-specific testingExperience with developing ServiceNow software solutions

using JavaScript, Jelly, one or more Web Services, XML, HTML and CSSFamiliarity with SQL query creation and LDAP Query for connecting to and pulling data from

Oracle, MySQL databases and AD

respectivelyWorked with and understands the value in creating repeatable processes to design development, test, staging and production environments that are reliable with high availabilityMust be ServiceNow Certified Systems AdministratorShould possess knowledge in Agile/Scrum methodologyBasic knowledge with ITIL/industry standardsKnowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC )

Behavioral competency: Effective communication skills with both non-technical and technical audiences (verbal and written) Excellent Interpersonal skills to work with the project team members collaboratevily Participate and provide feedback during planning meetings (i.e., pre-iteration, and retrospectives) ServiceNow Implementation Specialist certification ITIL V3/V4 foundation certification Java developer certification

JOB DESCRIPTION

Understand the given application requirements (or User Stories)Understand and follow the Best Practices and Standards/Guidelines for developmentParticipate in the Daily stand-up meetings and understand the changes proposed on the requirements / user storiesMust be self-directed and detail oriented in completing assigned tasks in an effective manner, meeting designated standards and criteriaResponsible for the code quality of assigned tasksPerform Unit Testing and do documentation as requiredProvide support to the users during the User Acceptance TestingProvide any required training to the users on the user stories
