The company is headquartered on a 10-acre campus in northern New Jersey.We are seeking an innovative and team oriented Mechanical Engineer to join our growing team.Responsibilities•Identify deficiencies in mechanical processes and drive improvements•Design and develop prototypes•Analyze and test device prototypes and manage revisions•Supervise junior team members to develop computer-aided design (CAD) drawings•Initiate, develop and manage all project phases•Prepare documentation of critical analysis and provide suggestions for error correction•Collaborate with Project Managers to properly allocate and track resourcesRequirementsWho YOU Are•A creative thinker and innovator•Enjoy using critical thinking skills to solve problems•Driven by teamwork, with excellent interpersonal skills•Effective communicator - both verbal and written•Detail-oriented with solid project management follow-through•Expert time-manager with the drive to meet objectives and key results on time.•Care about the target user, and will develop an astute understanding of the market.Qualifications•5+ years experience in engineering•Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related work experience•Familiarity with CAD and other mechanical design software •Knowledge of fluid mechanics, thermodynamics and mechanical engineering concepts•Excellent math skills, including advanced geometry, calculus and physicsBenefitsWhat We OfferThe EarthCam package includes excellent salaries, bonuses, benefits, and constant opportunities for development - designed to create an entrepreneurial, invigorating and satisfying environment.
