As our Ecommerce Performance Marketer, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth through optimization of paid advertising spend across various platforms, strategic implementation of email marketing campaigns and effective management of our Shopify website. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in managing ecommerce platforms, maximizing ROI through digital marketing channels, and a deep understanding of the customer journey in the online retail space.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage a multi-channel marketing calendar which includes sales, promotional periods and other campaigns.
  • Develop or manage third party vendors to plan, implement, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across channels such as Google, Meta, and other relevant platforms.
  • Develop or manage third party vendors to execute email marketing campaigns designed to engage customers, drive repeat purchases, and increase lifetime value.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance metrics such as ad performance, traffic, conversion rates, ROAS (Return on Advertising Spend), and other relevant KPIs.
  • Utilize data-driven insights to identify opportunities for growth, refine targeting strategies, and improve campaign effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including design, content, and product to ensure alignment of marketing initiatives with overall business objectives.
  • Manage and optimize our Shopify website to improve user experience, increase conversion rates, and drive sales.
  • Conduct keyword research, ad copywriting, and A/B testing to maximize campaign performance and ROI.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge in the ecommerce landscape.
  • Create and manage an effective Affiliate program to drive additional revenue.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years managing paid advertising campaigns on platforms such as Google, Meta, Instagram Ads, etc., with a focus on maximizing ROI and achieving performance goals.
  • 5+ years expertise in email marketing, with hands-on experience using email automation tools (e.g., Klaviyo, Mailchimp, Attentive) to drive revenue and engagement.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Google Analytics or similar web analytics platforms.
  • Detail-oriented with a passion for data-driven decision-making and continuous optimization.
  • Proven experience managing Shopify websites, including proficiency in Shopify platform customization and optimization.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, cross-functional team environment.
  • Prior experience in the ecommerce industry is preferred, particularly in a direct-to-consumer (DTC) or retail environment.
  • Bachelor's degree (or related experience) in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
