GenPro Energy Solutions is the regions foremost expert on renewable energy integration, energy efficiency, and sustainable energy product offerings. GenPro is focused on four major industry sectors, including energy-efficient lighting systems, solar-powered solutions, solar water pumping and filtration, and power generation.

**Primary Function:**

The Customer Experience Specialist provides primary support for all customer service functions in the Organization relating to pre-sale and post-sale needs. This fast-paced role will require a combination of talents including exceptional interpersonal relations, strong written, verbal and listening skills, strong problem solving, and analytical abilities.

**Reporting relationship:** Chief Revenue Officer

**PAY GRADE:** $17.56 Hour $23.23 Hour DOE

**Essential Job Functions:**

* Primary Lead for incoming phone calls & walk-ins

* Primary Lead for Customer emails & online chat

* Manage walk-in customer flow

* Follow up with customers after the sale

* Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a professional & effective manner

* Manage Pipelines for Sales, Sales Leads, & Warranty

* Provide administrative support to Sales Team (as directed)

* Search for online sales leads

* Entering Google and Facebook leads in CRM

* Assist managing CRM functions, reporting, templates, and automation per management requests

* Manage customer gifting program

* Other duties as assigned

**Requirements:**

* Strong phone handling skills and active listening

* Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative

* Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters

* Excellent communication and presentation skills

* Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively

* Flexibility responsibilities may extend past the sales department for the overall benefit of the company

* All job duties must be performed at the Corporate Office. This is not a remote position.

Experience/Knowledge:

* Five years of customer service experience required

* NetSuite CRM Experience preferred

* Experience with LED lighting & Solar energy preferred

**Education/Licenses:**

* High school diploma or GED required

* Bachelors degree in business, marketing, or related field preferred
